An order is usually delivered on the following day on weekdays when it is placed before 14:00. We work with multiple shipping services for national and international orders. You will receive an email from us or one of our shipping partners with the Track & Trace code when the order is scanned and on its way.
For orders with a value higher than €50,- within the Netherlands we offer free shipping. Regrettably, this is not possible for international orders. The shipping costs per country are calculated on the checkout page.

Orders placed on a workday before 11:00 will be handled the same day. If the client is not at home the courier will return the package to us and a new appointment will have to be made and paid for.

This delivery pilot in Amsterdam is available for the postal codes: 1011-1019, 1051-1059, 1071-1079, 1091-1094 and 1096-1098.
The package has a weight limit of max. 10kg and size limit of 60x60x40cm
Only this way it will be possible to efficiently add the packages to the couriers existing delivery routes.
You can return items within 14 days after delivery, only if both the price tag and the brand label are still attached, the item is unused and unwashed. Damaged and/or used products can not be returned.
You are responsible for the shipping costs of the return. When you return an item, we will credit the purchase price to you as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after it arrives at our office.
If you would like to receive a different size of an item, you can place a new order and return the unwanted item or contact us at [email protected] so we will do this for you.
Do you have an account? Simply indicate online which item you want to return. This can be done at your account page under 'My Orders'. If not, you can use the packing slip that you receive with your order as a return form by noting the reason for return with the relevant product. Or if you want to keep the packing slip you can download the return form here. You can then send the completed form with the return shipment. PLEASE NOTE: returns without a return form / online notification will not be processed.
