Shipping & returns

An order is usually delivered on the following day on weekdays when it is placed before 13:00. We work with multiple shipping services for national and international orders. You will receive an email from us or one of our shipping partners with the Track & Trace code when the order is scanned and on its way.


Free shipping

For orders with a value higher than €50,- within the Netherlands we offer free shipping. Regrettably, this is not possible for international orders. The shipping costs per country are calculated on the checkout page.

 

Sustainable same-day delivery

Orders before 13:00 will be delivered the same day
Orders registered before 13:00 are executed the same day. The customer is not at home? Then the courier returns and a new appointment has to be made.

Returns

You can return items within 14 days after delivery, only if both the price tag and the brand label are still attached, the item is unused and unwashed. Damaged and/or used products can not be returned.

You are responsible for the shipping costs of the return. When you return an item, we will credit the purchase price to you as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after it arrives at our office.

If you would like to receive a different size of an item, you can place a new order and return the unwanted item or contact us at [email protected] so we will do this for you.


Procedure

Do you have an account? Simply indicate online which item you want to return. This can be done at your account page under 'My Orders'. If not, you can use the packing slip that you receive with your order as a return form by noting the reason for return with the relevant product and shipping it back to us with your item. PLEASE NOTE: returns without a return form / online notification will not be processed.

 

Re:turnista

Arrange the return of your package quickly and easily via Returnista. With Returnista your return can be picked up on location (home / work) or you can bring the package yourself to a UPS or DHL service point. If you prefer to return the package by using another shipping method, this is of course still possible.

* You will receive a QR code that you can have scanned when you drop off the package at your local service point.
* Bring your package to the chosen service point to send it.
* You will receive a shipping receipt with Track & Trace digitally in your email.
