Shipping & returns

An order is usually delivered on the following day on weekdays when it is inside us before 14:00. We work with multiple shipping services for national and international orders. You will receive from us or one of our shipping partners an email with the Track & Trace code when the order is on the way.

* NOTE: During the holidays, there may be a delay in delivery times, we apologize for this.


Free shipping

For orders with a value of more than €50,- within the Netherlands we offer free shipping. Regrettably, this is not possible for international orders. The shipping costs per country are calculated on the checkout page.

 

Bringly - sustainable same-day delivery

Picked up between 14:00-17:00 & delivered between 18:00-22:00
Orders placed on a workday before 11:00 will be handled the same day. If the client is not at home the courier will return the package to us and a new appointment will have to be made and paid for.

Available on Mondays - Fridays within the service area in Amsterdam
This delivery pilot in Amsterdam is available for the postal codes: 1011-1019, 1051-1059, 1071-1079, 1091-1094 and 1096-1098.

The package has a weight limit of max. 10kg and size limit of 60x60x40cm
Only this way it will be possible to efficiently add the packages to the couriers existing delivery routes.

 


 

Returns

You can ship items within 14 days of delivery and, if possible, the original packaging, with both the price tag and the brand label, still unused and unwashed and sufficiently paid return. Unfortunately, damaged and used products can not be returned.

You are responsible for the shipping costs of the return. When you return an item, we will credit the purchase price to you as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after your return.

If you would like to receive a different size of an item, you can place a new order and return the unwanted item or contact us at [email protected] so we will do this for you.


Procedure

Do you have an account? Then easily submit what item you want to return to online. This can be included in your account under "My Orders." If not, please download the return form here. Then you can send the completed form with the return shipment. NOTE: Returns without return form / notification online will not be processed.
