Dear Customer,

Of course, health is the most important thing, which is why we have also taken measures to prevent the spread of the coronavirus.

We would like to tell you what we’re doing to ensure that we can stay open during this weird period and service you as usual, both in our stores and on purebrands.nl. We’re following the situation closely and taking action where necessary.

Measures in the store
Hygiene is very important in this situation, for your health and that of our colleagues. That is why we ask you to pay for purchases via the pin, which is cleaned after every action. For example, we limit hand-to-hand contact, in line with the advice of RIVM.

If you are unable or unwilling to pay with cash, we ask you to put the money on the counter and pick up the change yourself.

When clothes are fitted, we hang them separately in the office for a minimum period of 12 hours to avoid possible contamination.

Naturally, we have strict hygiene guidelines in our stores. These apply now, as always. Our employees are very aware of this and take extra measures such as washing hands frequently and properly.

Measures for the webshop
As in our stores, we have also set up measures for online orders so that they can be shipped the same day as usual.

The ordered clothing is packed and shipped directly from the warehouse. Returned packages are kept separate for 24 hours before they are opened and processed. In addition, before and after each contact with a package or garment, the hands are washed to keep the contact as risk-free as possible.

The couriers take extra measures to limit direct contact as much as possible. For example, you no longer have to sign on the scanning device to receive your order.
